THE WHAT? Boots is rumored to be considering the sale of its Aromatherapy Associates brand, according to a report published by Sky News. The WBA-owned drugstore chain is said to be approaching potential bidders.

THE DETAILS The brand is yet to have a precise price put on its head but is expected to fetch ‘a few tens of millions’, Sky News reports.

THE WHY? Boots declined to comment when approached by Sky News but the UK high street pharmacy chain is said to be preparing to launch a strategic review in the New Year and could well be put up for sale itself.
