L’Oréal names Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, North America

THE WHAT? L’Oréal has named Liliahn Majeed as Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, North America. She will report to David Greenberg, CEO, L’Oréal and President North America Zone, and join the L’Oréal USA management committee.

THE DETAILS Majeed joins from Universal Music Group where she was the first Global Chief Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Officer. She replaces Angela Guy who is retiring after 19 years with the French beauty giant.

THE WHY? David Greenberg, CEO of L’Oréal USA and President of the North America Zone, explains, “Liliahn has an impressive track record of advancing DE&I initiatives that shape and shift culture and accelerate business transformation in large, culturally relevant organizations.
