THE WHAT? Mary Kay has announced the appointment of Sheryl Adkins-Green as Chief Experience Officer. In the new role, Adkins-Green will support the success of the direct sales brand’s millions of consultants through a 360-degree integrated customer experience.
THE DETAILS Adkins-Green joined Mary Kay in 2009 and most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer. She will continue to lead the Global Brand Experience division and the company’s in-house creative agency.
