L’Oréal Canada creates two strategic leadership roles

THE WHAT? L’Oréal Canada has announced the creation of two new strategic leadership roles. Effective immediately, Solenne Lafeytaud has been named Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs and Engagement Officer and Marie-Evelyne Francois appointed Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer.

THE DETAILS Lafeytaud joins from SAP where she held the position of Vice president and Head of Corporate Communications while Francois has enjoyed a 22-year long career at the French beauty giant, most recently as Supply Chain Director for the Active Cosmetics Division.

THE WHY? L’Oréal Canada said that the new roles reflected its commitment to these pillars.
