THE WHAT? The Estée Lauder Companies Australia and New Zealand has promoted Kate Gildea to Enterprise Marketing & Data Director.
THE DETAILS The Executive first joined ELC in 2013, and has held senior positions at Coty, ModelCo, Parfums Christian Dior and Cosmax.
Effective 1st July, Gildea will succeed Carolyn Scott in the role and report directly to Emmerentia Wilding, Managing Director ANZ.
Gildea will also serve on ELC’s ANZ Executive Leadership Team. As part of her new role she will oversee Media, Consumer Insights & Strategy, CRM, and Creative and Corporate Communications.
THE WHY? Gildea has extensive experience within the beauty industry, and has previously been granted an ELC S-HERO Award, which recognises exceptional female talent in the company’s Asia/Pacific region.
