THE WHAT? L’Oreal Italia has named Ninell Sobiecka President and CEO, effective January, 2024. Sobiecka succeeds Emmanuel Goulin who was recently promoted to President of Travel Retail.

THE DETAILS According to a report published by Breaking Latest, Polish born Sobiecka joined the French beauty giant in 2005 and has worked across a number of senior roles in Europe and Asia, most recently as President and CEO for Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.

THE WHY? Vianney Derville, President of the Europe Zone, told Breaking Latest, “I would like to thank Emmanuel in particular for having defined a clear and ambitious strategic road map for Italy for the years to come. Ninell is widely recognised as a modern, forward-thinking leader, strategic thinker and focused on people development.
