LVMH Chairman, Bernard Arnault is said to have become the third member of the centi-billionaires club, according to a report published by Money and Markets.  

Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos and Microsoft Founder Bill Gates are the only other two people on earth estimated to have a personal fortune of more than US$100 billion. Arnault is now thought to have joined them after LVMH shares rose 3 percent in value early last week.

The company’s share price has risen 43 percent over the course of this year, contributing US$32 billion to Arnault’s pocket.
