THE WHAT? Shiseido-owned bareMinerals has launched a virtual beauty consultation aimed at recreating the in-store experience at home.

THE DETAILS The brand’s team of make-up artists and beauty experts will offer customers bespoke one-to-one sessions via phone or video call.

Consultations are available to book Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

THE WHY? With department stores shuttered and standalone stores closed, brands are having to get creative to reach consumers from home.
