THE WHAT?  The Estée Lauder Companies confirmed Quentin Roach’s appointment as their Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, effective immediately. Reporting to Roberto Canevari, the Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain, Roach has also been inducted into the company’s Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.

THE DETAILS  Quentin is set to manage ELC’s key supplier relationships, focusing on optimising synchronisation throughout the company’s supplier network to foster innovation and growth. He will also supervise third-party manufacturing procurement, collaborating closely with the company’s global manufacturing team to unite external and internal networks into a cohesive manufacturing ecosystem.
