Beiersdorf snaps up Chantecaille

Beiersdorf has announced that it has agreed to acquire prestige beauty brand Chantecaille. Terms of the deal were not disclosed although the US brand has been given an enterprise value of between US$590 million and US$690 million, depending on future development of the business.
