THE WHAT? Revolution Beauty is bowing to pressure from shareholders to shape up its management team. The UK-based make-up firm has announced that CFO, Elizabeth Lake will step down at the end of this month.  

THE DETAILS The mass market brand named Neil Catto, former CFO at Boohoo as Lake’s replacement, effective January 1, 2024.

THE WHY? Revolution Beauty has come under fire after discrepancies in its 2022 accounts. Boohoo has upped its stake in the firm and advocated for changes to the board, including for the removal of the current CEO and Chairman who both stepped down in July.
