THE WHAT?  LVMH has announced a significant change in its executive team: Michael Burke is appointed as the Chairman and CEO of the LVMH Fashion Group, effective February 1, 2024.

THE DETAILS He succeeds Sidney Toledano, who transitions to a new role as Advisor to Bernard Arnault, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LVMH, and will leave the LVMH Executive Committee.

THE WHY? This change signifies a new phase in the leadership of the company’s fashion division.
