THE WHAT?   Wendy C. Arlin has joined Kohl’s Board of Directors as an independent director. She previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Bath & Body Works, Inc.

THE DETAILS  Arlin’s appointment is part of Kohl’s ongoing effort to refresh its Board with experienced professionals. She will serve a term expiring at the 2024 annual shareholders meeting and will be a member of the Audit Committee. The Board now comprises 13 directors, with 12 being independent.

THE WHY?   Arlin brings over three decades of experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, and accounting, particularly in the consumer industry.
