THE WHAT? Harrods and MYGroup have extended their recycling scheme for beauty empties to cover all five of the upscale department store’s five H beauty shops.

THE DETAILS The scheme encourages shoppers to bring in their used beauty, make-up and skin care products in exchange for rewards through Harrods’ MyBeauty scheme. MYGroup then collects and recycles items at its dedicated facility in Hull,

THE WHY? The roll-out follows a successful trial at the Milton Keynes store.
